It should fuel development , open doors, and strengthen the communities that support young athletes. That belief drives everything we do. While most events focus on trophies and rankings, our mission is centered on something more meaningful: opportunity. Every match plays a role in creating access for players, whether through development-focused prizing, financial reinvestment, or increased visibility. Winning isn’t just about glory — it directly supports youth advancement. 7v7: Fast, Creative, Development-Focused Play Our format was inspired by the global rise of small-sided competition. The 7v7 environment emphasizes: Creativity Speed Technical ability Player decision-making This style allows athletes to play freely, take risks, and grow in confidence — the very qualities that set the foundation for higher-level success. Reinvesting in Young Athletes Project7’s prize model ensures the impact stays with the clubs who deserve it. Instead of medals, winning organizations receive Development Grants that must be reinvested in their players.
